ELEPHANT CAVE & MA DA VALLEY JUNGLE TREK TOUR
This trip is perfect for those who want to experience the jungle with some adventure and not require too much physical strength. Elephant Cave & Ma Da Valley Jungle Trekking Tour will start deep in the jungle of Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park, Vietnam.
The first place on this journey is Elephant Cave. You will walk a relatively long distance to get there. After stopping to rest, you will continue trekking to Ma Da Valley. Here you will be immersed in the clear blue water of Crystal Lake – Ma Da and enjoy the coolness and purification from the cool water.
Here you will rest, and we will prepare a great lunch for you. Even though we are in the forest, we still provide you with a nutritious and delicious lunch with local dishes.
After being recharged from lunch, you will continue walking to Tra Ang Cave. When your friends arrive here, change into your swimsuit, because we will be preparing to swim into the furthest part of the cave. You will swim and wade through a distance of 600m to reach the depths of the cave.
The tour departs every day at 8 am and is scheduled to return around 5:30 pm. Therefore, please book the tour before 9:00 pm of the previous day so we can arrange the schedule and prepare everything.
Elephant Cave & Ma Da Valley Jungle Trek Detail
First, we will send Phong Nha Locals’ private car to pick you up at your hotel/homestay in Phong Nha and take you to Jungle Boss’s headquarters. The staff will guide you and the whole group about safety issues and risks that may arise after trekking into the jungle.
Trekking To Elephant Cave
After disseminating regulations on environmental protection and safety rules, we will depart for Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park. But before that, we will equip you with the necessary things for the trip. The car will take you to the trail’s starting point, and you will start walking to Elephant Cave – Hang Voi.

The distance to Elephant Cave will be relatively complex as you have to go through many steep slopes and bumpy rocks. But because it is short, it only takes 20 minutes to get there. In return for the tiring journey, you will witness the beautiful Elephant Cave, with a height of 60 meters and a length of 300 meters.
Our guide will take you deep inside the cave and tell you about its history. So after finishing this trip, you will get comfort and fun and learn more about nature.
Explore Ma Da Valley
Leaving Elephant Cave, the team will hike a trail in the forest and cross a river and a canyon bridge to continue Elephant Cave & Ma Da Valley Jungle Trek Tour. Continuing to move, the group will come to the following location, Ma Da Valley and Crystal Lake – A natural lake with blue color that looks like crystal.
If you want, you can change your clothes and start swimming in the cool waters of Crystal Lake. In addition, we also prepare for you a BBQ Jungle with local dishes such as grilled chicken, grilled pork, rice, and tofu. We even support a vegetarian menu if you request.
Swimming At Tra Ang Cave
Refuel with a nutritious and delicious lunch, and continue to the final destination of the Elephant Cave & Ma Da Valley Jungle Trek Tour. After passing the last few kilometers, you will reach Tra Ang Cave.
At the cave entrance, we will once again change our clothes and start swimming deep inside the cave at a distance of 600m. The water level in the cave is not too high, and there are limestone rocks on both sides, so you can stop to rest if you feel tired.
After discovering the beauty of Tra Ang Cave, the guide will take you back to the trail. Move a few more minutes, and you will reach the meeting point with the driver, and they will take you back to the Jungle Boss headquarters.
